Just received my copy today, thanks Bruce. It looks absolutely great, you honestly could have sold it to me as a brand new unblemished copy and I wouldn't have minded. The sample pic Bruce shows is definitely worst case; I examined my copy and all the pages look fine to me. In addition, the lack of a dust jacket is no handicap, because the binding seems plenty durable and it's a pleasure to hold even without a DJ.
