WTK: Rings

Any idea on these two rings? I know they were removed from the German who was carrying the Luger. The GI shot the German carrying the Luger but could get to him for a day or two.

I am very curious about the rings. I plan to take more pictures with a better camera and try to see if there is any info on the inside of the rings.



 
From what I can see of them they are both WWI Patriotic rings. I have seen rings like these at militaria events and at online dealer sites.
The ring at end has a WWI Iron Cross on it. The second ring has a German Imperial Eagle on it.
Patriotic rings were sold to raise money to support the war effort.
