Looks like you need to cock your bolt. A quick search of the Internet will reveal how to cock it. If I had more time right now I'd write some instructions but a YouTube video would probably help you more anyway. Must be a few out there.
I like it too. Looks like no import mark? Any background on this piece? I'm under the impression those without import marks are somewhat scarce but I don't focus much on these so I may have that wrong.

I think you will need to post more and better pictures for anyone to be able to give you feedback. Look in the reference picture section for examples of the areas to photograph.
