Not to computer savvy and tried to upload more but said the file was to big?C'mon man, you can't just drop a few teasers like that and not show the full rifle! It does look like a wonderful Luftwaffe ar 41, definitely want to see more of it.
The photos have to be reduced in size to 1.5 megabytes or 2 megabytes to be able to post of the forum (limits of the website host I think)Not to computer savvy and tried to upload more but said the file was to big?
Thank you!My example, serial number 6132 d Luftwaffe. Basically 1100 units away from your example. Looks very nice and congrats on that inheritance![]()
AR 41 6132 d block Luftwaffe
A recent grab over the summer from the forum trade section. Rifle needs no introduction since it's a sticky reference, happy to have it especially with how nice it is compared to my 42 1940 Luftwaffe.www.k98kforum.com

That's what proper care and storage, combined with little use does for these rifles! I think your example is the 4th one I'm aware of.The rifle is in great condition for it’s age!
Good see your example again. My AR41 Luftwaffe is a little earlier, all matching.
Man that's one really deep receiver stamp ! Whoever applied that used for force. You can see the complete imprint if the stamp body.Couple more photos, rifle is totally matching
Gorgeous! I noticed in pic 4/4 that the sling is “inside out”, that is, the leather cover on the buckle should be against the wood, which it is meant to protect. As the sling is likely set in that position it may not make sense to try & change it (might break) but you can see that the raw underside of the sling is ‘out’ vs the patterned skin side, as is normal.Couple more photos, rifle is totally matching
I was able to remove the sling and put it on correctly without any damage, also it is dated 1939Gorgeous!
