    1890 Spandau G.G.R.R Unit Marked

The letter behind the digits is w. The Garde Grenadier Reserve Regiment nr.2 could be short time designation used on this rifle as in genwiki is listed only Garde Grenadier Regt. Nr.2 Kaiser Franz and Garde Reserve Rgt nr.2 wout the second G in name.

    Various markings on s84/98 bayonets

Should be presented the bayonet marking here, the one grip was mostly reserialed as there it looks like 00 on edge of grip. As correctly mentioned by PWCo there would be various type of serialing but the locking lug assembly was used by various maker to really late in war.

    My 1st bayonet

Renwax is probably the best , for wood, leather and bakelite is not good oiling as it darken and damage the wood and leather.

    My 1st bayonet

Possible other type of gun oil could be used by plain surface as is blade and scabbard it could be easily removed by alcohol. By similar bayonet as presented here, with old dark rust on pommel, there is nothing to do with gunoil there, it could be used a renwax for storage. The blade looks...

    My 1st bayonet

The S84/98 bayonet looks ok, mainly because matching and not refurbished or repaired by collectors, the pommel is already covered with old rust, the LW frog looks ok.

    M98/50 grips

The grips are curved on pommel side, similar to S98,S98/02 and S98/05.

1939 Mundlos S84/98 sold on fleabay for decent $$$

Interesting is because matching and rejected from older production probably that is the reason of star marking on pommel, is not for VoPo or postwar.

    German occupied CZ 24 variation

Possible that some left over parts piece was reused with new proofs, there was a spare parts contract for VZ.24 pistol, normally by proofs there should be fireproofed even the slide or frame, here some damage was done on frame? the holster is certainly not CS. Should be dissmount and look for...

Cleaned should be by acetone the black paint and with not aggressive scratching so not use sandpaper or steel brush, should be cleaned with alcohol , oil the metall surface and then looks what should be derusted and what would be the best way to not add any additional traces of cleaning.

    43asw

Personally i have doubt about the blueing, it looks like someone black painted the piece and then removed it, the blueing looks with flecks on blade, so maybe there are remains of old blueing or the blueing was repaired by cold blue. The flashguard doesnt look like period blue. The scabbard is a...

    Radom bayonet WaA77

Its normal polish Wz.29 scabbard only difference is mostly no green paint and E/77 proof, i assume here in forum are some presented. https://www.k98kforum.com/threads/polish-mobilization-bayonet-1939.32275/#post-240616

    Radom bayonet WaA77

Yes its already a accepted by germans, but i personally dont believe its from 1941/2 timeframe, more real directly done or remained in late 1939, or assembled in early 1940, there is no polish proof or typical 1939 mobilisation date, or polish serial number, so in reality it could be rejected...
