If they're any good and don't cost an arm and a leg i'd be interested....Geez, if there's a big demand I should make a bunch.

Yep... by the time it gets to me we're looking at $100.. the individual bit is about $3, but they won't post it to the UK...
When you custom make it to fit and it works, it is the correct tool. It all depends on your skill. It doesn't have to be pretty (we had to polish everything and make it pretty for an "A" grade), but it must work.Yes, as a last resort i'll have to.. just not so keen and would rather use the correct toll if I can get hold of one...
Unfortunately the Brownell’s tool has been out of stock for some time. (years) I also guessed that the OP may not have machine tools at his disposal, or he’d already have made a tool, & so posted about the Brass Stacker tool, AFTER I’d seen it come back into inventory. I suspect from reading Brass Stacker’s specs that their Mosin tool is the same size, but have not confirmed this.
I just got one also. Haven't tried it out yet, but I'm sure it will work.My Brass Stacker spanner arrived today and it worked perfectly on my K98k. It fits snugly inside a 1/2" socket and it was a piece of cake to tighten up the bolt. It also fits my Mosin-Nagant as well. The end of the tool (between the tabs) is concave so it fits on the rounded head of the M-N bolt head.
