That is the nicest pre-war rifle I've seen. I have heard of others in like condition from Scott B, but have not seen them. I agree that it would be hard to walk away from.
Found it while researching my 1915 GEW98M. S/42G. (Unfortunately Sporterized.) Front stock forend and shorter curved bolt handle. Made me want to cry.
(But) I traded a generic semi-auto, mag fed 22lr w/an inexpensive UTG red dot for it. (I had maybe $375-400) in it. (If that.) Friend would not entertain an offer to Buy it. (Only interested in Trades.) I came away, quite pleased.
